Return & Exchange Policy
We want every customer to be fully satisfied with their footwear purchase. If you are not happy with your product for any reason, you may request a return or exchange within 30 calendar days of the delivery date. To be eligible for return or exchange, the footwear must be unused, in its original brand-new condition, with all original packaging, shoe boxes, tags, and insoles intact. Products that have been used, damaged, modified, cleaned with harsh chemicals, worn outside, or missing parts are not eligible for return or exchange.
To initiate a return or exchange, submit a formal return request through our website’s online portal, including your order number, full purchase details, and a clear reason for the return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive a return authorization number and detailed shipping instructions for sending the item back. You are responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is defective, damaged upon arrival, or we shipped an incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and ensuring the footwear is securely repackaged in its original shoe box to avoid damage during return transit, as damage occurring during return shipping will make the item ineligible for a refund or exchange.
Once we receive and inspect the returned footwear, we will process your refund or exchange within 3-5 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and a confirmation email will be sent once the refund is processed. Please note that additional processing time may be required for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or credit card provider’s policies. For exchanges, we will ship the replacement product once the returned item passes inspection.
